Price is $4.50 per# hanging weight for a half, and $4.35 per# hanging weight for a whole. Each half will hang around 100# and will yield approximately 65-70# of packaged meat. Price includes processing. Extra cost will would be any smoking, grinding sausage, or vacuum packing. If you are interested we are taking deposits of $100. Contact us to see the next available date.
