You will get half of the front and half of the rear quarters per 1/4 side. The cost is $5.25 per pound hanging weight, and includes the all the processing costs. Each 1/4 will hang around 130-150#, and will yield approximately 80-100 of packaged meat. Extra costs would be having your meat vacuum packed, stew meat, grinding, jerky, summer sausage, or snack sticks made. Deposit is $250. 1/2 a cow costs $5.10 per pound hanging weight.
